Here at dreameasy.co.uk our delivery system for customer orders is simple. Please read the following;

1) National Deliveries

1) National Deliveries

Delivery: The prices shown on our web site include free home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain on all orders over £300. We use a combination of couriers as well as our own in house delivery team to deliver goods purchased from Dreameasy. Once your goods have been produced and are delivered to our distribution network centre or our own warehouse you will be contacted and delivery arrangements will be confirmed. Deliveries are normally made within 10 working days of goods being available, we will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday dependant on location, and an approximate time frame is given. All deliveries made by dreameasy direct will be delivered to a room of your choice (easy access must be ensured). Please retain the original packaging for 7 days for the purpose of returning any faulty or damaged items.
Delivery of some bed frames , mattresses etc will be via a next day courier, this will be a door to door service. A Saturday morning delivery is available in certain areas on this service, but will incur a charge of £25. Please contact us if you require this service on 01384 483322

We do not deliver any orders outside of mainland UK.

2) Delivery Charges

All products supplied by dreameasy.co.uk are delivered free of charge on orders over £300. However, aborted or failed deliveries will be charged a minimum of £20. Please see section 7 of our terms and conditions.
dreameasy.co.uk reserves the right to amend the delivery charges at any time.


3) Our Delivery Timescale.

Manufacturers delivery times are visible on our leadtimes page of the Dreameasy web site. These times can be used as an indicator for how long it will take Dreameasy to receive the product(s), assuming they are currently out of stock. Upon receipt of your order, Dreameasy will send you an order confirmation, via e-mail, and subsequently written confirmation of your order. Where items ordered are stock items, Dreameasy will endeavor to deliver the item to you within 10 working days.

If we need to order direct from the manufacturer as we do not have the item in stock, we aim to keep the lead time to a minimum, please view our manufacturer lead time web page for a current estimate

We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the anticipated delivery time of goods that has previously been included within the product page on the web site.

4) Can I Track My Order

Please e-mail sales@dreameasy.co.uk giving details of your order number and Dreameasy will be able to inform you of the status of your order.
