3) Do Your Prices Include Delivery & Vat
The prices shown on our website include Free Home Delivery anywhere within Mainland UK On orders over £300, unders under this amount attract a £20 delivery charge Large items will be transported directly to your home in our own delivery vechiles and handled by qualified delivery staff. On some occasions we will use the professional services of a carrier if it improves your delivery time. Smaller items may be delivered by Parcel Force, TNT, or a similar carrier.. We are able to deliver to areas other than mainland UK;. For example Ireland the Isle of Man , the Channel Islands and the Scottish Islands , but a delivery surcharge will apply. 4) Whats Your Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your goods you have seven days to decide if you wish to return it. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged £30 which will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
5) What If I Receive A Damaged Item
Sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately on 01384 483322. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through Dreameasy.
6) How To Place An Order With Dreameasy
You can order online simply by clicking the "Add To Trolley " button next to the item you wish to buy and when you have completed shopping continue through the shopping cart process, which takes you to our order form. You may then enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server. Alternatively, you can place your order by calling our sales on 01384 483322or by emailing us at sales@dreameasy.co.uk. We will then call you back to take your order over the telephone.
7) What If I Have A Complaint

9) How Do I Cancel My Order
Orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery for a full refund. Please contact us immediately on 01384 483322or by email on Sales@dreameasy.co.uk. Alternatively use our contact us form. Please note however that Special orders such as those customised by you may not be cancelled without the expresion of Dreameasy, in addition
mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
10) When Will I Receive My Order
All goods ordered by you will be delivered within the delivery time quoted from the date of your order, unless we agree with you an extended period for delivery immediately upon receipt of your order. Please always refer to the delivery times quoted for each item, this can be found by clicking on the "Delivery Info" button at each product. These delivery times are based on lead times quoted by our suppliers and manufacturers. Should we be unable to deliver within said period, or within any extended period agreed with you in writing, we will if we can offer you a new delivery date. You may accept this offer of a new delivery date but you are under no obligation to do so and you may instead cancel the order and seek a refund of the purchase money paid by you.
11) Do You Offer A Warranty On Goods Sold On Dreameasy
All of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be for at least one year from the date of supply of the goods to you, but any limitation on the warranty does not in any way affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
