Do you deliver on a weekend?

Unfortunately we currently deliver on weekdays only.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Can you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver to UK mainland addresses, however, we can deliver to any freight forwarding company based in the UK, who would then be able to transport the item(s) beyond the UK. You will need to organize the onward travel for delivered the item(s)

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses.

What time do you deliver?

Our Standard delivery service operates between 8am – 9pm Monday – Friday with an approximate 2 hour time slot provided.

Will I get notified on the delivery time?

Your delivery will be agreed on a date that suits you, we will give you a call and give you plenty of notice when to expect delivery and an approximate time when to expect your item(s) on the day.

Will the delivery team call before delivery?

If you require a call or text message prior to arrival, please advise when we call to book the delivery in.

How do I apply for finance?

You can apply online or over the phone by calling us on 01384 483322.

What payment options do you offer for finance?

If you qualify for finance then you are required to pay a deposit of 10% of the order, the you can choose to pay over a choice of 12, 24, or 36 months – our rate is 0% over 12 months or 7.9% if you choose 24 or 36 months.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Guarantee’s And Warranty Information” style=”arrow” color=”black” size=”lg”]

Do your products come with a guarantee?

I`ve placed an order online, but have not heard anything since?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation.

You can check your order status by using track my order

We will not contact you until the item(s) are ready to be dispatched, at which point we will be in contact to arrange a delivery date.

For further information about your order you can contact us or give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as you`ve placed an order online, you will receive a confirmation email. If it`s not in your Inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you are still not able to find it, please contact our support team and we will be happy to send it once.

What is your return policy?

If you have placed your order online, you have 14 working days to notify us if you don’t like your goods. You will then be able to exchange or return them as you wish as long as they are still in the original packaging. We regret we are unable to accept returns on custom made products that have been modified on behalf of the customer. Orders placed in store are subject to our normal terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of your order form given at the point of sale. Please note a collection fee will apply.

Do you offer customized products?

Yes we can make alterations to our beds, in a wide variety of ways including sizes, storage options, using your own fabric, etc or create your own design from our range of fabrics. We have worked with a number of interior design company’s to build bespoke beds on behalf of their customers.

We are open 6 days a week from 9am-5pm. Our opening times are:

What products can I see in your showroom?

Please note that we only have a limited number of products in our showroom and not all the products advertised online can be seen in our shop.
