Returns Policy

If you have placed your order online, you have 14 working days starting the day after you have taken delivery of the goods to notify us if you wish to return them. You will then be able to return them as long as they are still in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been opened and removed from the original packaging.

Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs. We regret we are unable to accept returns on custom made products that have been modified on behalf of the customer.

Please contact us in writing such as an email within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, name and the date you ordered.

You may deliver the goods back to us at your own cost, alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £29.95 which we will deduct from the refund.

Orders placed in store are subject to our normal terms and conditions and can not be returned unless faulty
